These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ok bajje platform and all related services. By registering on the site or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. We ask members not to open an account or deposit funds before reading the Terms in full.

1 General Information

These Terms form a legal agreement between ok bajje and the user of the platform. Under this agreement, ok bajje will provide services and the user agrees to comply with the following conditions.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

ok bajje may request documents to verify a member's identity and age at any time. Any one of the following documents is acceptable for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

ok bajje may put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false or altered documents may result in permanent account closure.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ok bajje account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, inform us immediately through our 24/7 live chat or email support.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details. ok bajje will never ask for your password by email or chat — any such request may be fraudulent.

5 Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits on the ok bajje platform are currently accepted through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and will not be credited to the account.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are usually processed automatically. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact the support team and provide a screenshot or reference number for the payment. Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount by any method is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Time

Approved withdrawal requests are usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If identity verification or additional security checks are required, the process may take longer.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The account must be verified before a withdrawal request can be made. Funds from bonuses may not be withdrawn before the relevant wagering conditions are met (see Section 7 for details). Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

ok bajje gives new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to unlock the bonus is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

7.2 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus has specific wagering conditions; bonus funds may not be withdrawn until those conditions are met. If the relevant conditions are breached while a bonus is active, ok bajje reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all winnings earned from it.

• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time.
• Bonuses are valid only on eligible games — they may not apply to all games.
• Bonuses are not transferable to other members.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be closed.

7.3 Other Promotions

ok bajje runs special promotions and offers from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable conditions. 8 Betting and Game Rules

Once a bet is placed or a game has started, it cannot be cancelled, unless the rules of the specific game state otherwise. If the outcome of a game or bet is uncertain due to a technical issue, ok bajje will announce a final decision after a proper investigation.

In sports betting, ok bajje's odds and market decisions are final. In the event of a dispute over a match result, the announcement of the relevant sports authority will be followed. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is voided, only that part is removed and the remaining bets are settled accordingly.

• The bet amount may not exceed the available balance in the account.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are noticed, ok bajje will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account if necessary.
• Exploiting errors in game software is strictly prohibited.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok bajje platform:

• Opening an account with false information or using another person's identity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Selling or transferring an account or balance to a third party.
• Using unauthorised software, bots, or automated methods on the game software.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or disrespecting other members.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.

If such activities are proven, ok bajje may close the account and forfeit the associated balance. Legal action may also be taken if required.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by ok bajje

ok bajje may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Security or safety concerns.

10.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account on their own initiative. To do so, contact the support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing the account, as claiming funds afterwards may be complicated.

11 Personal Data and Privacy

ok bajje complies with applicable Bangladeshi law in collecting, storing, and using members' personal data. Our full data collection and usage policy is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All data transmission on the platform is secured through SSL encryption. Sharing personal data with third parties is governed by the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming Policy

ok bajje is committed to responsible gambling. We encourage members to follow these guidelines:

• Play within a set budget — never place extra bets to try to recover losses.

• Take a break if you lose focus.

14 Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution process:

1. Contact the support team directly and provide full details.
2. The support team will make every effort to resolve the issue.
3. If it cannot be resolved, the matter will be escalated to ok bajje's senior management.
4. ok bajje's final decision will be binding on all parties.

Dispute resolution claims must be submitted within 90 days from the date the account was closed.

15 Changes to Terms

ok bajje may amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
